I couldn t wait to take out of town guests to my favorite Italian restaurant, Lombardi s. We ordered drinks and appetizers at the bar while waiting for our table. The calamari arrived, looking like it had been tossed on the plate; no garnishments, etc. It tasted as unappealing as it looked: Bland and rubbery.

So so at best. - Lombardi s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar

It was amazing! I love it there! From the time we walked through the door till we left the service was great. The food is to die for and there s just nothing negative I can say about it. Loved loved loved it! I ve been dining at Lombardi s since the 90 s starting at your Ballard location. However, my dinner in Everett recently was not one of the most memorable meals I ve had.

The Spaghetti Putaneska and Chicken Marsala were a disappointment. The Spaghetti had clumps of noodles still clumped together, and the sauce was mediocre. My Chicken was over cooked and the sauce ended up a boring brown sauce with no taste of Marsala at all. I wouldn t recommend it Our server, Michael was very informative and attentive! Food was great. Service excellent! Lombardi s is fine.

Met friends for cocktails in the lounge. Cocktails were average. I didn t see anything exciting to me. Service was quit good. Bar food was average. I would recommend it to friends to meet and drink. Nice ambiance. I always have a great time with these friends so the rest doesn t matter that much. All the food is so good there, you can t say one meal is better than the otherone. Service is always outstanding there. Went for Valentine s Day and have been many times previously.

Ambiance is always good and service decent. Cocktails, appetizer, salad and bread were good but I was disappointed in my entree. I got the salmon and half of it was cooked properly and the other half was overcooked. It was rather lacking in flavor. Our waiter also didn t let me know they had run out of mashed potatoes which are usually very good and instead I got fettuccine just dressed in olive oil, which was boring and tasteless. If I had known I would get that instead I would have ordered differently.

I m sure we will be back, as we like the atmosphere, but for a special occasion date, it was somewhat disappointing food-wise. We go to Lombardi s quite often and the food is always very good. This time I was disappointed in the meal. The salad dressing was too vinegary, the potatoes were dry, and the chicken was very tough. Hopefully it was just an off night for the chef and this is not going to become the norm.

We had a great time and enjoyed items from the seasonal menu. The lighting at dinner is a bit harsh from the track lighting, though. I had made a reservation in about a week in advance but failed to mention that I wanted a window seat I made a last minute call the day off and I was accommodated upon the day of the reservation. This restaurant is promoted with the Village Theater and a discount is given on the back of the theater ticket.

The restaurant called and asked me to arrive a half hour earlier to make sure we could enjoy our meal in time. We had to eat quickly in order to get to the show. We had ordered two pizzas and a salad. He did end up taking off the price of the pizza due to the wait. I would rather pay the full price and enjoy the meal. From the first bite to the last, I was impressed. The service was courteous, the ambiance was inviting, and the seasonal options are nothing short of incredible.

I would recommend trying the non-alcoholic ginger beer if you ve never had one. We were put in a cold corner table , our waiter was quite unmotivated. Have had many good meals, but this was a mediocre night. Great New Year s Eve dinner special! Had the filet and prawn dinner , cooked to perfection. Given it was a busy Christmas Eve with a full house of diners, our server never rushed us during our dining experience.

There timing of our multi course meal was on point. The prime rib was quite delicious. The Christmas sweaters of all staff was a bonus. Looking forward to our next visit. Great Place, good food but a bit noisy with a large group next to us. The staff could have seated us in a better location! I searched on open table and found this restaurant about 10 minutes off the freeway.

This was further than I had planned, but I was in a mood for Italian. My wife had the puttanesca while I had scampi diavolo. Both were excellent. The only negative was that they were out of the limocello tiramisu. We wanted to try that, it sounds delicious! The waiter was nice but if others are not keeping up there s nothing he can do. I have eaten there in the past, wanted a fun place to go with friends. We had a great table and view. The waiter was attentive but just barely.

The ravioli and the chicken were awesome but the pizza was just OK. Took a long time to get our food and the bread was dry. I had lunch at Mill Creek restaurant yesterday and the bread was very good and the service was excellent even though they were short one server we saw everybody pitch in including the chef even the greeter. They had a banquet and they did not miss a beat excellent! Big difference between Sunday night birthday dinner and lunch yesterday at Mill Creek.

Our server, Mariah, was very friendly and easy going. We had a great experience. Service was terrible during our last visit. No bread until we asked, half of our starters came and went before the reset of the starters came out, kids drinks came after the second round of starters, our order wasn t even taken until after all of our starters were gone menus still consuming most of the table space the entire time!

Our food didn t all come out at the same time either? Over two hours later: To make matters worse, we only had four adults and two kids. So weird, I have eaten at this place many times as well as many others with groups of 6 and never encountered such a policy. Usually it is 8 or more!? Any rate if serving 6 people is too much to ask a server, than they probably have chosen the wrong career path. The quality of the food is the other issue.

It seems like over the years the quality continues to drop and drop and drop. I used to think of this place as one of the best if not the best restaurant in Everett. Not anymore by a long shot. Prawns that used to be gigantic and taste fresh and full of flavor, are now little tasteless shrimp not much bigger than the diameter of my thumb. Very said. The only redeeming thing about the food is that the Chicken Marsala is still quite good.

Loved their new winter seasonal specials. It was great for a Friday evening date night Our group tried many different dinners and all were pleased with their meal. We had a nice visit with people from New York, L. I had the beet salad to start. The beets were a bit thinly sliced but tasty. The main course was the wild salmon with pasta and root vegetables.

They can be enjoyed alone or pair well with selections on our menu. Quality and freshness in every glass. Perfect wine every time! Rich texture with a lingering juicy finish. A succulent, supple well-structured palate, silky smooth finish. Brilliant ruby red color.

It was amazing! I love it there!

Well this was an unexpected treat. The butternut squash ravioli in brown butter sage sauce was so tasty. We started with the fresh burrata and it was lovely but made me to full to be able to enjoy the Sicilian Meatballs over tagliatelle. Goo view of the sunset. Friendly servers. One of my favorite in the Everett marina area.

This was a business meeting. Our hosts pick the dinner location. It s not one I would likely return to. Service was marginal. We were never asked how the food was. If we wanted anything such as fresh ground pepper, cheese, etc. We were bought 1 refill of drinks during our 2 hr visit. The salads were bland, plain with just lettuce and some very light dressing mixed in. No tomatoes, or anything else but a very light amount of croutons and cheese.

Lombardi s - Everett

We have recently had occasion to go to Lombardi s twice in just the past few weeks. Both times our experience was one of excellence, from the view of the Marina and lights, the great wines, the deliciousness of the food and the fine service we received. One night there was a fantastic jazz band playing The last time we were with 3 other couples and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food, wines and desserts. This is a place we will return to time and time again. Their happy hour is one of the best as well! However, this year we couldn t find an eleven place so opted for one of the best places in Everett If you are a fan of calamari, then this is the place for you. They don t serve the deep fried calamari rings but instead lightly bread calamari steak cut into bite strips with a spicy aeoli garlic sauce for dipping. My opinion and that of several of us was that this may be the best in all of Washington.

At the end of the night, take home your own unique masterpiece--you will be amazed with what you can do!
